i am happy today, finally i found good supplier for 2200uF 16v rubycon YXG 10mm. what matters is 10mm diameter and 16v. im bored for always get 12.5mm dia 16v (>1000uf) caps. now it just good enough for my psu(s) recaping and no more awkward mobo recaping i've done..

barricade the lamp posts so the guys stop walking into them.....
why havent i been posting much also....well i am working on my yacht pictures site and visiting marinas to take a lot of pics also. the charter season is open and lotsa yachts visiting. why the hell am i doing all that work then.....well i like yachts and i like projects also. something to take my mind of work in the evenings. sold quite a few pics now to yachting magazines. nothing to give up the day job though but will buy me a pro lens.

Sharing the latest version of Lenovo Golden Key I found to change DMI information such as serial number, MTM, UUID. Run the U1 application and create a bootable USB. It may show an older version upon making the usb. Restart the program and it will update the USB to the next version available. For some reason the updater program does not upgrade all the way to the newest version, only incrementally until it reaches the latest. So do this, Open the u1.exe run the update, close the program, open and run again, close it and repeat until you get to the latest version 3.5.60.... -

Hello.
Have this board that have no video. I know that it is 95% that damn ATI IGP, but weird thing is that fan works for half second when board starts. that nothing, but when kick in when heated after time the whole board restart. i think it get overheat signal, but why it wont work like normal/slowly rise rpm/. PWM from kbc to u506 is still 3V. do u think that kbc is bad, of that IGP is make something with it?
measured u506:
pin1 - 3,3V
pin2 - 5V
pin3 - GND
pin4 - 0V , but goes 5V when fan kick in
pin5 - 5V... -

I thought I write you a tutorial on how to remove your bios password from your lenovo x390 yoga.
Steps:
1. Get an EC programmer and read the EC firmware.
2. Back up your working EC file !!! (on this modell EC stores all hardware infos and you cannot replace it with others)
3. In your EC firmware file find all of these ranges with a hex editor and replace them with 00:
!!!!!! IMPORTANT THAT YOU ONLY MODIFIED THE SPECIFIED RANGES AND NO MORE.
(I have used HxD Hex editor FREE for this since I found that it is easy to replace ranges)
