I finally got the pain in the ass running.
I bought a new bios chip for it and had to remove the second processor. Which brings me to my next question.
Would a dual processor system post, go into the bios and show both processors present and running at their speed and reporting their temps if one was bad? Or could it be that the bios and post only uses one processor, so when it gets past them it uses both processors, causing a loss in power that would freeze the system?
