Mobo powers up, but no spins, no 3.3 no 12v

Sorry, old mobo, it powers up, but theres no spining (in all connectors) i read 0v from the 12v pin, cpu vrm input voltage seems ok measured in caps, but no output Vcore. Any idea? somethin is badly open?

The thing must be old if it runs the VRM from the 5v... Anyway, the VRM probably won't start without a PWR_OK signal from the power supply, which shouldn't come up unless all rails (including 12v) are in spec. 0 volts is not is spec for the 12 volt rail. Try testing with a different power supply.

Give make and model number of the motherboard! Otherwise, you won't get much more than just general advice.
