I got a Quadro4 700 XGL AGP video card.
Looks like it has 64 MB, but the ones < 128 MB of that period likely has better clocking VRAM.
So far, the Quadro4 700 XGL has been working without even a single messed up pixel in 2D so far.
The 64 MB GeForce 4 Ti4200 I had that I gave away in 2008, had some mysterious, but sporadic pixels in 2D when cold, seemed to have a loose solder joint.
I had some random pixels on 2D Windows objects, especially when I had cold air of less than 20 F blowing into the case.
But was stable in 3D.
And another AGP video card that looks like a Radeon 9800 Pro.
Haven't tested that one yet.
Then I also picked up fresh PATA cables.
