Would This Be A compatible Board Replacement?

As referenced in another thread, I'm having issues with an Emachines T6216. Upon inspection of the processor, it appears that its an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ with model number ADA3200DAA4BW and of socket type 939. From a quick Amazon search, I've landed on this motherboard as a possible replacement.

The only thing that I'm aware of worrying about is a possible necessity for an official Windows install and an ide to sata converter since the master drive is an ide one.

Would this board work and also, is there something I'm missing to be concerned about?

'fraid not. all those emachines are microatx, if you don't want it to fit in the case, and get another case, then sure, but keep in mind you might end up with the same problem, a desoldered nvidia chip

the only advantage that might give you is you should be able to boot the hard drive right off it since its an nvidia chipset like the old board. I would go with something microatx, via chipset if you want it to fit in the case, cause a lot of those emachine cases do fit standard microatx boards

edit: oh yeah that A8N-E has two ide ports. I know, I have one, one foot right infront of me (swapping it out with a dual-opteron MSI board). and somewhere in this forum a few posts down is something the A8N-E too I started up in another thread that got split

      look for an A8V-VM

or better yet, tell your friend you can build him something awesome with a Athlon II X2, msi/gigabyte motherboard, and a fairly good powersupply, should even fit in that emachines case

      and DDR3. DDR3 is cheap

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
        by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

        Assuming...

        by boosti45
i have a 2020 macbook pro 13" A2251 with 820-09149 logic board so i found an issue with chip labeled U6903 according to schem. boardview using flexBV software, so i removed it from the board and the issue im having is that the chip says "07A08FI ELC180" on top of it but when searching for a replacement chip, i can find tons of identical looking chips that also have "ELC180" printed on them but the first set of digits is never the same so im trying to find out if i need this exact chip with these same numbers as mine and if not which ones are compatible as a replacement?...

Philips 65PUS8518/12 distorted image after main board replacement
        by tuner2000i
        hello everyone,

I don't normally do tv repairs but this is a case with my personal TV which got fried together with many other electronics in my house after a thunderstorm.

The TV is a Philips 65PUS8518/12 which had no power. I measured and concluded that the main board was probably fried through ethernet or hdmi. I found a board with same number 715GD328-M0F-B00-005Y (I had G) but from a 55PUS8518. The TV starts but the image is doubled, distorted. I need to set the panel code which is 016 according to the sticker on the back but I can not seem to do it.

Led TV Board Replacement, same part number and model, different size
        by Cvrado
        Hello my friends!
I have a question that I think you can answer and help me with!

I have a faulty main board from an led TV. And I found the same part number board and design but is from a 43" TV and I want to use it on a 65". On its stickers , all are the same except the wattage for the LEDs backlight, both state different watts and LED Voltages!

So I presume that the backlight inverter section from the replacement board has lower wattage then the original one, am I right?

My concern is that the board won't draw enough voltage to the bac...

PSU Board repair or replacement Ecler Nuo 2.0 DJ mixer
        by eum
        Hi,
I try to repair this fly-back type PSU, I diagnosed (identifiable) dead N-MOS and fuse, but there are 3 smd resistors on the bottom that burned and became unreadable.

The support in charge of the brand in France managed to get me the schematics from Ecler, but it didn't include the PSU board. After a while they finally told me that the unit was too old so they don't have the PSU board schems.

I can find replacement PSU board online, but only for the Nuo 3 or 4 or 5, and it seems they ar compatible with each other, as I often find boards compatible with these...
