So if that doesn't work you have a hardware error and not a BIOS error.
This is also a brand new BIOS file based on your original BIOS.
Dell would restart itself 4 times the first time it was started

it is odd idk ive uploaded picture of service tag
with this bios laptop has no picture ampere goes to 0.8 ma after 8 seconds laptop goes off
do you think ACPI BIOS ERROR is bios issue>?

I leave the bios clean, also the EC bin, I hope it helps those who need it

How come EC bin is 320kb? when max memory according to MEC1404 datasheet is 128kb

I’m repairing a Dell Inspiron 15 7567 Gaming (board LA-D993P) with a Winbond 25Q128 BIOS chip.
The laptop powers on, fan spins full speed, but there’s no display.

The BIOS chip was previously desoldered, and I’m not sure if the dump was original. I’ve tried several .bin files, but the system still shows the same issue (black screen + fan max).

I’m looking for a verified, working 16 MB BIOS dump, ideally ME-cleaned, and, if possible, a matching EC (25Q16) dump for this board.

If anyone has a known-good dump or verified checksums, it would be a huge help.
