according to the other thread that was started for the same problem might be the main board. See.

Re: Sony KDL-32EX500 almost dead
If someone else is having this same problem disconnect the IR sensor from main video board and your TV should work. Hope this helps someone out.

Re: Vizio M65-C1 won't power on
I believe IC 9111 part number is SP6018E instead of 1BE.
Here is the data sheet I found on it.

Re: Vizio M65-C1 won't power on
The digi key part that they said would work for Q911 which was #K20A20D
Manufacture Toshiba.
Digi-key said this part below would work as a substitute.

Re: Vizio M65-C1 won't power on

Also noticed the large caps(See the 4 pic in first thread. bottom 3 caps on hot side)like to hold there charge for some time they do not drain very quickly so just be careful don't want you to get a nasty jolt.
I have the same issues.

Re: LN3242H Display Issue
I would try going into service mode first and seeing if this does not fix your problem. But make sure you know what you are doing or you could brick the TV.
Here is a link to a you tube video that explains how you might fix this problem I have had success with this on a different model number. Best of luck.

Re: Vizio M65-C1
On my fluke 115 I put it into diode mode and place black lead on drain and red lead on source and I am getting a reading of .008 and also the beep sound.
Here are pics I took of IC U911 sorry they are not clearer I used my microscope to get as good a pic as possible this chip is really hard to read. I hope you can make out enough info from them. I don't know why my pics rotated 90.
I have not emailed digi-key but will do that. And thank you for the info on how to narrow my perameters to find the right mosfet.
It looks...

Re: Samsung UN40EG5300F - 4 inch wide vertical stripe on side of panel
Can you test the surface mount caps and resistors on the board just below the ribbon? I have an LG that had a similar issue and I was able to replace a bad cap which made the strip very less noticeable almost impossible to see at most times. This was not an easy fix this was very difficult . I would recommend only if you have nothing to lose and are thinking of scraping it. My TV did not have a hole or horizontal lines....

Re: Samsung LN40B630N1FUZA - Backlight Inop
I am having a similar problem with same model TV. I purchased a power supply board repair kit from shop jimmy everything worked at first but after an hour or two of testing the tv the backlight went out and then came back on but now and it did that a few times. But now I have no backlights working. Image is seen on screen with flashlight and sound is coming through speakers. I have tried checking the resisitors that Glitcher suggested and had the exact same readings as monte1967.
On standby CP816 and CP815 measure 166V.

Vizio M65-C1
I just picked up a Vizio M65-C1 yesterday. This is my first thread. I searched Bad Caps for a thread on this model but did not find anything so I thought I would start one. The issue is voltages are fluctuating on the power supply board. I will attach pics. When I check the voltage levels at the main plug for the video board. I am supposed to have a steady 3-5 volts for standby and 12 volts for the other location. What my Fluke 115 is reading in DC is a constant changing from 2,3,5,7,9,11 and then back to 2,3,4,7,9,11. When I unplug the power supply cables to the video board I get a steady reading...

Re: e701i-a3 no picture but backlights
I wish I could have tried this Technic out. I just gave up hope a couple months ago and parted this same model TV out. Doh! I am new to BadCaps but I think I found a new home thanks for all the good info. My first post of many more to follow.
