The firmware is different, when updating the software via network or usb, the data in the 25Q40 also changes and the old version (dump) will no longer help (it will not match the eMMC software version and the TV will not turn on, you need to read the data (dump) from the 25Q40 and post it here, I'll fix it for you (if it's damaged).Comment

Are you talking about the original mainboard? Very good...tomorrow when the programmer arrives I will try to copy the 25q40 software and send it to you.Comment

from the original mainboard and if is dosnt work y will copy the file from ic1603(original mainboard) to ic1603(new board)Comment

Yes, copy IC1603 from the original board and replace this dump in the new board and check if the image changes.
Or just unsolder it and replace this chip on a new board (this is without a programmer).Last edited by lotas; 06-02-2024, 09:31 AM.Comment

I haven't been trying for days...with the tweezers (which are useless) with the ch341 programmer that burned...I bought a SOIC8 cable that didn't work for me...in the end I had to modify it...so that It matches the pins of the chip...it seems to connect...so it's fine...but I don't know what's wrong...the program I have or the Windows 11 that I have installed on the PC ...but I installed the drivers and it says the programmer is connected

Hello friend, have you found out something?...what could I do...I asked for a clip to hook the IC properly yesterday I did a little research and lowered the speed of the ezp2019+ programmer and it read but I think it's not complete tx I'll tell youComment

Hello friend...I finally managed to extract the bin file of the 25Q40 ic from the original motherboard that does not have standby (as you told me to send it to you to see if you can fix it) could you? I'll send it to you here...I'll try tomorrow to copy the file from the 25Q80 to the motherboard that I bought, let's see if it works for me (I remind you that I sent you some photos with the image of the TV that doesn't look complete, it's only 75% complete and distorted colors) thank you and I'm waiting for answers, let's see if could you modify the bin file

This dump looks more like a 25Q80, but you read it as a 24Q80 (IC1603).Last edited by lotas; 06-27-2024, 07:00 PM.Comment

If you push the power button or the remote the red led blinks but nothing happen. I give u some photo with voltage, don’t look the fuse….because I blow it for mistake nd I dint have the right replace so I just put it for test the tv. The standby voltage should be 11,88 volt on the diode, but I have 13 volts. I put in the photo the different volts I test and there are someone negative…I don’t know if it s normal. On...

by JSin21Hoping someone here could possibly help. I have a few questions in regards to compatibility with main boards. But I'll give a quick short run down on what's going on first;
I have Samsung Smart TV UA65MU6100WXXY version DA01
Now years ago it started intermittently playing up after a lighting strike. Lighting hit the block of units i was living in at the time. Ever since that night the TV started having a mind of its own, It would randomly turn itself off or on, and all inputs stopped responding like HDMI, aerial, but USB still worked. Anyway, over the next few months...4 Photos -
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.
Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today.... -
by YanlebHi, I did look everywhere to know if Samsung Y Main boards LJ92-01732A without rev marking is compatible with LJ92-01732A rev AA2.
If they are not compatible why did Samsung give them the same part number to begin with?08-04-2025, 11:35 PM - Loading...
