How common are problems with these memory chips?

              Hi.
You need to use a flash programmer, like CH341A programmer. You will find the procedure to use it on bacaps or other sites on internet.

Re: SAMSUNG UE55MU6405 - no standby

Thanks for the dump, but looks like something else is wrong, still be no reaction from the stand by LED, the processor keeps cold as well as RAM chips, no POWER_ON signal going to the power supply, I could find 1.8V on the power button, and 3.3V is coming to the IR module.

I don't know which is the vital power supply in stand by mode on this motherboard.
Pins 1,7 and 8 are powered with 3.4V at IC1604

Anyone as a clue ? As usual with Samsung no schematics for this board ....

After writing the dump, you need to set and write the status register 0x88, 0x42, without them the firmware flies again.

Wow thank you so much, now it is working fine, I did not know it needs to be protected, is it sometime the case for Nand chips too ? Because I failed them always ...

Nand suffers from Bad Block, ECC and if firmware data falls into these (BB).

Yes I know, but even from official spare parts providers I could never grab any correct Samsung Nand chips without any bad blocks, I tried to use the three method to override bad block, but no success ... with the same software as you showed for RT809H
