Hi, I have a PlayStation 4 that won't start... and when it started, it couldn't be updated... My question is... If I copy the 25q40 dump and send it to you, could you repair it? I don't know if it's the culprit, but I'll try.

Now it seems that copying dump from 25Q80 (original main) to the new main does not work for me, but if I could find the original dump or you could modify the dump from 25q40 (non-standby) of the original board I could possibly recover it

I copy the dump of the original 25Q80 to the new main... but nothing is seen, only the LEDs light up... I put the original dump back to the new main and I see the screen the same as before... I mean the programmer works well for me

Hello friend...I finally managed to extract the bin file of the 25Q40 ic from the original motherboard that does not have standby (as you told me to send it to you to see if you can fix it) could you? I'll send it to you here...I'll try tomorrow to copy the file from the 25Q80 to the motherboard that I bought, let's see if it works for me (I remind you that I sent you some photos with the image of the TV that doesn't look complete, it's only 75% complete and distorted colors) thank you and I'm waiting for answers, let's see if could you modify the bin file

I don't know what the programmer could be, it connects perfectly but any chip that reads tells me that it is empty

I haven't been trying for days...with the tweezers (which are useless) with the ch341 programmer that burned...I bought a SOIC8 cable that didn't work for me...in the end I had to modify it...so that It matches the pins of the chip...it seems to connect...so it's fine...but I don't know what's wrong...the program I have or the Windows 11 that I have installed on the PC ...but I installed the drivers and it says the programmer is connected

Hello friend...I'm trying to copy the chip...it detects it as epprom and tells me to put it in manually...any of them that I put in tells me that the chip is empty...it could be a problem of the program?...

Are you talking about the original mainboard? Very good...tomorrow when the programmer arrives I will try to copy the 25q40 software and send it to you.
