good night! I have a problem with this TV. the sound of the channels does not work, but the sound effects of android are heard. I think it must be nonsense, but I can't figure it out. I have measured voltage on the speakers, and it gives 6.2 v on each terminal. I have measured in the main connector towards the speakers and there are 6.2v in each output cable. I have measured in the 4 coils with the same result, and in the chip, with 12.2v. I do not know if this will be correct, and where to make measurements. well speakers are working, has anyone been messing with the sound settings? see if you can reset sound settings from menu, maybe try plug a 3.5 plug into the headphone jack, plug it in and out a few times in case its acting up and stuck or something.Last edited by nomoresonys; 12-12-2022, 05:01 AM. -

updated!!! fixed, it was the sound settings. I have reset the factory sound settings and it works fine. Thanks for everything. on the other hand, this tv has a synchronization problem that I will put in another topicComment

Hi,
i want to repair a Sony KD-75XF9005 TV that initially only showed a grey picture.
Backlight seems to work, Sound (Setup menu after reset) works.
If i dissconnect the left FFC cable from TCON to panel i have half a screen on the right. If left cable is connected always only the grey screen.
Interchanged the cables, its always only the right side that is working. Always grey if left side is connected.
With my small knowledge i would think at least the cables are good.
Can this happen because of a bad tcon board?
Or is it always a bad/shorted... -

I'm troubleshooting a power supply issue with a Sony SLV-E780 VCR. The device clicks repeatedly but doesn't power up completely. I've already replaced five capacitors, but the problem persists.

Previous owner said TV just went blank one day.
They attempted to open the back panel and yanked the power connector off the power supply in the meantime.
Easily fixed that and got the TV to turn on. Backlights come one with everything connected. Good Sign.
The mainboard shows signs of life (red light on digital audio out is on) but that's about it. Good Sign.
There is not blinking LED and the most importantly there is LED response and sound when I press the MENU button on remote control. GREAT Sign.

I have a 2019 75" x950g, and while playing a movie, the screen suddenly went dark in a weird way, where it faded towards one corner into being fully black. Now the TV turns on, and the backlight comes on, but there is nothing displayed except black. Sound still comes through the TV speakers, and i have tried doing a hard reset using the volume - and power buttons while plugging the display back in, but it did not fix it. I can confirm that pressing buttons on my remote is still doing "something" because I'm hearing sound still, even though the screen is black.

I've literally just received in the post a UNI-T UTi260B (it's currently on charge).
After quickly scanning the user manual I see there are all sorts of configurable settings (Measurement settings, Palette settings, Point temperature settings and Image Mode). As this is my first Thermal Imaging Camera I have no idea what all these settings are nor if I need to change/configure any of them.
