Re: Sharp Aquos Lc-80LE757U flashing Sharp on screen when plugged in
My replacement is a match I ensured before I bought it that it was the same one. even with our new power board and original t-con we had the same issue. We replaced the t-con due to a suggestion from a different post somewhere else. However I need to replace the main board as there are burn marks on that now that weren't there beforeComment

before you are going to replace MB, need to check the currents on both LED BL sockets.. by each group of LED 1 till LED6. be ware on + & - and note each time when you turn on yours DMM reading for each group.Comment

Re: Sharp Aquos Lc-80LE757U flashing Sharp on screen when plugged in
There is a spot on the MB that is now burned and it wasn't;t before so I am assuming I will need to replace it as I am not skilled enough to fix anything on there. This is still new to me and I don't want to mess anything else up as I'm not sure of how exactly to test each section. Like I said I'm a newbie so this is a first for meComment

by dmcabsHey guys,
I have a SHARP LC-60LE640X TV that has suddenly developed an intermittent fault of flashing white noise patches (appears like an Analog tuner off signal) and then totally dropping out.
This model I believe is also known as LC-60LE600U or LC-60LE640U in other regions.
FYI, a long time ago I was a component level repair tech for all consumer electronics and IT equipment.
I'm a bit rusty but still have ability to dig right down.
I measured all power supply lines and checked them for AC ripple voltage. Noting any lines that exceeded about... -
by JunkmanJimboHey guys! It has been awhile since I've been on here. I hope everyone is doing well. I just picked up this Sharp lc-65ub30u. It plays but the screen is flashing on and off. Other than that i seems to be a great tv. Any ideas what the problem might be? I haven't pulled the back off yet. I thought I would get some opinions first. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

by jonah1024Hello!
I'm a few days old into this TV screens repair universe so please bear with me.
Recently, and all of a sudden my 40ā 4K Sharp Aquos LCD TV turned on with colors all smudged in some places on the screen that remain like that even without any kind of video source. I do have image but the colors are smudged/tinted/ washed out in patches as per defects. This to me looks similar to burn in but Iām shore this is not an OLED.
- I did the classic unplug and hold power button to discharge the caps but it didn't help.
- I did a factory reset as well...5 Photos -
by STKR123As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.
As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.
There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,... -
