Not sure what you did already, I'm no pro but I would take it down to backlights and check them out with backlight tester or multimeter, MUST be very careful not to break panel they are very flimsy, maybe checkout some youtube videos on teardown if needed.

Thank you very much for the answer, it is backlight but there is something else with the cold side of power supply or rather something with backlight driver for which I need help

Would need a much better picture with sharp detail of the designators on the board, short of that you need to determine which parts are bad by testing, which means testing all diodes, resistors, transistors and caps etc. sometimes you need to remove a component to get a true accurate reading on it.

Now all the LEDs are lit.it is the first LED in the second row in the upper part from the V sign that was broken I changed it but I need to know what glue to use on the candle hat so that it does not fall with the heat
if anyone who can give tips very grateful

Well you don't want to use superglue[Cyanoacrylate] because of the potential for lens clouding. There's some examples of the glue they sell for the job, can probably find some like it closer to home than china tho, and you MUST make sure the lens is oriented correctly, if any of that has cyanoacrylate probably best to skip that product, you can find many choices on ebay also: https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesa...lens-glue.html

thank you very much i have found something at home now this tv is basically ready have to get a remote control for it but it is an odd brand so it will not be easy maybe a universal

Hi Everyone who helped me with this repair the TV is fixed it was backlight problem that got fixed: it was just one broken led in a strip and I have only replaced it instead of a new kit because this tv is very odd brand and it is not worth spending much money on it but I must say that it has a really nice picture.
