What is service remote ?
Is there anywhere older version of software for this tv,I`d like to try it, if the channels will work?

check ebay for service remote, don't get many grundigs on this side of the pond but I don't see why they wouldn't have one for that brand?

Here are two pics from service menu.
First shows tuner software and panel tipe and on second can be seen menu for HDCP and CIPLUS verify , both fail after testing, don`t know is it important.

These are the basic values, but it may be that your tuner is defective. There is no option 3.
You don't need any service remote control for this. Everything goes over I-8500

Did you rename the software data in AP.Bin and BL.Bin? Just one question?
Option3 is said to be PVR and can be opened at 1907. This has to be on ON.

I renamed data as ap.bin and system.bin and it went ok.
I tried today to do it again as ap.bin and bl.bin but nothing hapened, I guess thats because it`s the same software, is it?
In option3 PVR is ON.

For instalation I put just those two files on USB: AP_SSUGR.FHD.F8M.R128M.V01.T40.bin
system_DVB-C_SSUGR.FHD.F8M.R128M.V01.T40.bin

and rename them?

Do I need any other file?

Tried to do it with those two files but nothing hapened, is there some other precedure to do it?
I copy those two files on USB stick (fat32) unplug tv, put stick in USB port, plug tv in and...nothing...
Tried with ap.bin and system.bin and again with ap.bin and bl.bin.

When I was doing this with latest version V23 it started immediately.

Any advice?

The ideas are slowly going out. I think then you need a new mainboard.

It may be that you can only play the old software with the ISP tool.
