Unnlock Menu for 2007 DU-27FB32C comerrcial CRT TV

Hello,

So I was referred here when I made this poste over on AVForums: https://www.avsforum.com/threads/loc...lg-tv.3257234/

To summarize, this is a commercial TV and I can't get a menu of any kind. I know the overlay is working because when I change channel, adjust volume, turn on sleep timer I do see text. But I have not ever seen the user menu nor the installers menu. I've tried a bunch of remotes(more info on the AVF post) and tried every button sequence suggested but nothing ever appears.

If anyone has any thoughts pleas let me know

You likely need to get the Installer Remote Control to activate access to the menu's

Installer’s menu items can be
accessed by using the optional
installer’s remote control. Just
press and hold MENU (about 8
seconds) until the menu disappears, then press 9, 8, 7, 6,
then ENTER. To remove the
Installer’s Menu, press ENTER
repeatedly. Any changes you
make will be stored in nonvolatile memory.

Yes, I have it and it didn't work. Nothing happens when you press and hold menu
