    Pioneer SD-P5047 RPTV issue

Got one of these that will power up and shut right back down. resoldered the entire powersupply/deflection board as the solderjoints in areas were pretty bad.

Still does the same thing, If i remove the connector E5 which supplies the H-Drive to the board, the TV will stay on, just no picture of course. soon as reconnected, it shuts down. all of the transistors and diodes check fine, also along with all the fuses.

Service manual doesnt give me a part number to locate the flyback transformer, any ideas?

if you unplug a board from the power supply then what your saying is the power supply stays on?

yes. I figured out it is the flyback. if i remove the B+ to the flyback supply, the TV will power on and stay on with full vertical and horizontal. just no HV. So i need to locate a flyback. and unfortunately, am unable to.

Origonal pioneer part number is ATK1048 which shows no longer available.
Encompass (www.encompassparts.com) shows a replacement which is ATK1057 and sells for $140.95 if you don't have an account with them and abut $20.00 less if you do.
Did you solder up both horizontal driver transformers?

MacBook Air A2337 (820-02016) USB-C Port Issue – Only Works in One Orientation (CC Line Problem?)
            by rounin
            Hi everyone,

I'm working on a MacBook Air 2020 (A2337, board 820-02016) and running into a strange USB-C issue. I've gone through quite a bit of testing and part replacement, but I'm stuck — hoping someone here can shed some light.

            🛠 Original Issue
            The machine initially wouldn't negotiate 20V over USB-C — stuck at 5V.
Diagnosis showed PP1V5_UPC0_LDO_CORE shorted to ground.

I replaced U3100 (UF400) using a donor board (A2179), and the machine powers on fine now.

⚠️ New Problem: One USB-C Port Only Works in One Orientation...

            Pioneer A-205 faint noise/hiss issue
            by GraphicMan
as the title says, i noticed a faint noise/hiss when there is nothing playing that i dont think i have had with this unit before ever, i have not changed its location
what makes it more weird, this noise is gone almost completely if my hand gets within 5cm or less close to it (close to the panel)!!
out of curiosity what does that mean?
            thanks

Three 820-01700 32GB Logic Boards Same Issue: Won't Wake From Hibernate
            by ugamazing
I have three identical-spec 820-01700 boards (2.6/32/512), and ALL THREE boards came to us with the same fault, from different sources: The boards don't wake from hibernation with the keyboard or lid, they ONLY wake when you press the power button. I understand this is a very minor issue, but the boards must be fixed!

We will of course begin with the obvious (checking lid signals), but I couldn't help but notice these three boards were all 32GB variants. Has anyone noticed an issue relating to these 32GB boards in particular? I of course don't think it's a RAM issue, but it's bizarre...
