I can see the tv turn on but there is no picture .

Tried hard resetting it ect with no luck I can see the tv turn on but the screen remains blackish/white screen .

Any ideas ?

If TV turns on with no backlights or flash of backlights, backlights are first suspect. If TV turns on with backlight but no video, tcon is first suspect but some newer models don't have tcon boards.

So tap on screen. Do you see any white flash where you tap? With flashlight do you see any image on screen?

I can see the leds come on the screen will light up white .

But no picture and can't see the menu or anything on screen just white

Picture of the tv with the boards would be a good start.
As mentioned if there is a tcon board I would check the fuse to see if it’s getting any power first.

Ok. Looks like you do have a tcon board. Do you have a multimeter to test it for power?

You can try unplugging one side of the lvds cables going to it and see if you get a picture on either half of the screen.

White fuse one right side of cable coming into t-con. Need to measure both sides for voltage.

I get 12 volts on each side of it

On the fuse side of board there are various test points, VGHF, HVAA, VDD's. etc. to check.

So, you have voltage to t-con but board is dead. Missing Vdd3v3 voltage is probably why you're missing the rest of your voltages.

t-con may not a problem for this model TV. You can try to disconnect the right side of the panel board cable (brown color from the second photo), then power on tv to see if you can see anything on the screen.
