43" 4k roku insignia
Was told this tv had a flickering issue, so I assumed backlight--power board and pulled the back off to examine before firing it up.
Instead, I see that it's not holding the picture vertically. Backlight is completely fine.

Could this be a tcon? I've reseated the ribbons / applied pressure to the tabs.

edit: unplugged the right ribbon, and the left picture is perfect. Then, as expected, plugging only the right ribbon results in a jumping right picture. Is this indicative of a bad tcon board? Will try the tape method now
