Whats the difference in LED strips?

Only been fixing up blue tint LG TVs, common suspects have been the 16/17/18 models.

I was wondering, is there any difference between these LEDs?

    My usual routine was
    >Go on aliexpress
    >Type Model Number
    >Find cheapest, quickest delivery specific to that model no

However I've noticed a lot of these have the same amount of LED's but with different numbers. Does it really matter if the title/descpription doesn't specify the Model I require. Sometimes I'm paying twice the amount another seller is charging, simply because the model no is in the title/desc

Scenario: I'm looking for replacement LEDs for LG 43UJ634V

This one charges £18, says LC43490089A, comes as 3 whole parts not split into 2

    This seller charges £9 LG 43UJ634V 43LJ61_FHD_L LC43490059A LC43490058A Innotek 17Y 43inch_A LC43490074A

As you can see in the pictures itself it says on the strip LC43490058A/59A/63A/64A -- Kinda like a 1 size fits all

Some come in 2 parts which I have to connect to get the 3 strips (6 in total) whereas some come just in 1 whole strip (3 in total) Is this because its cheaper delivery, packaging is smaller = cheaper?

One size fits all is not true, the distance between the LED's dan be different, the white diffuser sheet with the holes in it won't fit when there is a difference. It depends on the display.
Maybe both examples will fit but that is not for 100% sure.
What is the complete model number?

About replacing individual LEDS on BL strips
      by edugimeno
      Hi There!
Having fixed 5-6 TV sets by replacing full LED strips, and having watched other people fix that by replacing just one LED in the strip, my question now is what should I consider before doing so.

At this time I have some old strips removed from TV's with all but one LED working. Are there different voltage/current LED on different strips? Are 99% of them just the same and interchangeable?

How do you find which specific model is needed for each strip? When I check if a LED is OK by attaching the multimeter leads to the individual led pads on the strips I...

LED problem on samsung UE55F6475, 2 strips work. The rest is flashing every second.

      Ok.. this is the story:
Have an old Samsung LED 3D TV (UE55F6475). First it started to lose light on the lower 40% of the screen now and then. Like for 10-60 mins and then it would work again. Then a bit later it just got stuck in that position. The lower 40% of the screen is dark, and it gets progressively darker the lower u go so it's obviously that LED strips where not working. I also looked for similar errors online and saw an exact copy and on that one it was faulty LED strips.

This is kinda how it looked, just that mine were at the bottom of the screen:

Corsair K70 LUX RGB dying LEDs
      by Pipolups
      Hi there !

I'm having an issue for several weeks with my quite old K70 LUX RGB keyboard. I haven't used it for few months, and once I setup up again my desktop computer, I got several dead LEDs on that keyboard. I tried the Corsair troubleshooting thing (disabling options in iCUE, ...) but nothing changed so I conclude that for some reason some LEDs went in retirement...😅
Decision taken to change these LEDs as I have access to desoldering iron and binocular magnifier, I wrote a ticket to tech support, hopping to obtain the LEDs reference and... They refused to tell me 🙄...

RCA RLDED 4331B: 43 inch LED TV: Backlight issue
      by lmcancu
Hi I am having an issue with the LED backlight of this TV. I can see the picture with a flash light, so I determined it was a backlight issue.

Initially, after opening it I found 2 shorted and 1 open LED on 2 strips (total of 4). I removed the LEDs and shorted the pads together to verify if the backlight would work.

Testing it, I found the backlight turned on and I measured 54V when TV was in standby (off), and 100v when TV was turned on. The 4 strips each contain 9 LEDs, so 36 in all minus 3.

Instead of putting it back together I decided to replace...

      Samsung un65h6203af led replacement question
      by tmhobadcap
This tv is with sound but no picture. When light shines on the screen, we can see the image. This is a typical backlight problem. I opened it and found quite a lot of the leds are damaged. But the damaged ones are all shorted. No one is open. Is there a special reason? (From my past experience, both can be happened)

When I supply 3V to each of the good leds, the currents range from 105mA to 154mA. From these figures, I think the leds are 3V and about 0.5W. I plan to replace all the damaged leds only (because the price of the led strips is very expensive), but I could not find 3V 0.5W...
