Whats wrong with this phillips?

Hi everyone.

Im sorry I dont have much info on this tv, but all I know is its a phillips and the photo shows the issue.

Any ideas what might be wrong with it from the picture?

First problem is it is a Samsung plasma tv.
Second problem is the ribbon connector, at the position of the fault, is bad and un-repairable.

The picture shows a Samsung, the display has a problem.

The model number will be on a sticker on the case
