I would do the usual checks, look for shorts on IGBTs, open resistors, and test the buffer ICs, use the positive probe on FGND, and negative one on each output pins on the connectors for the panel.

I replaced the Y SUS board again from ebay and the TV is working.

For anyone else to summarise:

Although the components are replacable due to the age they are only available from chinese sellers on ebay/aliexpress they appear to all be rebadged parts. The 30J127 part definitly had totally different diode readings to an original! It is impossoble to troubleshoot/fix something when you do not even know if the new parts are working!

Buying a whole board or anything else of Aliepress is very risky, almost no re-course if faulty. Mine had faulty connectors resulting in black lines. It took me several weeks of online chats with aliexpress to get a refund and to start with they wanted me to post to china at my expense. Just use ebay! It is very hard to access the ALiexpress chat!!! I also have to wait up to 60 days for the refund..
