Netflix app not working on Panasonic tv

Greetings to all,
I have the Panasonic Th-75EX750M and Th-65EX750m and on both of them the Netflix app stopped working.I have tried to reset the app and restarted but nothing seems to work.

Any with some IT knowledge on how I could enable the Netflix to come back to life?

the answer is clear.. 2 TV the same app didn't work,, so the problem at account.. or your IP became black list... or yours internet connection... or yours internet provider... all reason belong to internet gate way starting from router to until yours provider or account

I had this problem on a Panasonic plasma tv. I had to go into settings and do sort of a factory reset. Then everything was fine. It won't work if you do tbe First Time Setup screen.

All the other apps on the TVs are working perfectly well apart from Netflix.

Would anyone have solution to solving this problem?

What's the exact issue you are facing? App doesn't respond or doesn't play movies?

Go to network settings of tv, change DNS setting to 8.8.8.8

Yes! It doesn't respond and hence not showing movies

Hi,
The way you have explained,it looks certain that the problem could be
with the Netflix Acount or issues do with the Netflix provider.

I will check with them and revert back.

I don't think it's an issue with account or ip otherwise it would have displayed an error message accordingly. Try factory reset as it could be an issue with the latest update with that app.

just change the last letter or No at yours TV serial No via service menu. you will bypass any previous illegal activities or the first trail period of time .. so both TVs app Netflix will working again ... LOL

I did factory reset the first time I noticed this problem and it never worked

Can't help you if you don't answer questions promptly, have now lost what little interest in this problem that I did have.
