Hisense h39a5600uk

Hi Guys hope you’re all ok and staying safe

Right I have a HISENSE H39A5600Uk it has an issue of boot looping
Screen displays “HISENSE then an animated VIDAA” then repeatedly does this between HISENSE and vidaa showing the red standby light flashes,
I called Hisense “customer services” and explained everything and fell at the first hurdle when he asked for proof of purchase which I don’t have, so he would not entertain me any further
So I’m here asking for help

Note: I have tried it with screen, WiFi board, and backlights unplugged
Any help will be appreciated

try to download this firmware for 39A5600 dont give attention to HSSO of the set..

extract and put the file on USB stick formatted with FAT32, be sure only one file "upgrade_loader.pkg" on the root of the USB. plug the tv out from wall socket.. and press power on the remote..keep pressing then plug the set in wall.. leave the power bottom only when you see on screen upgrade process

Hi Diah thank you for your very swift reply!
upon downloading and opening it up it comes up not a valid file or missing parts
only 576k ? am i missing something?

are you using windows ? its should be Linux compressed file .tar.bz2

try use Mobile or tablet Android to download .... this is one of Hisense P**ST*

then keep search for firmware.. with keywords H39A5600 only dont mentioned UK.. later you can change to yours region.

hmmm, funny hisense as always.. i know they are hiding this type of TV because its sold under other name in south america

I am pretty sure that the problem is with the Hisense site itself. I tried downloading that file on a linux system I have and it still is missing it's contents. Also, a bz2 file should still decompress fine with winrar on Windows.

well loaded up linux mint and downloaded the file again and it seems empty
nothing to extract
