Samsung Curved Screen

I have a totally dead Sammy Curved Screen set coming in today. Anything to look for out of the ordinary or is it just another LED set more prone to panel failure?

Totally dead, do a quick check of the diodes.

I assume you mean on the smps. Thanks, I will give them a check.

Totally dead is checking 5v standby on the powersupply if present it is probably the mainboard. LED failure is normally a error code on the tv.... ( blinking )

So follow my normal troubleshooting routine starting with all voltages on smps and go from there. Sounds like it's just another LED TV with a curved screen..Lol!!
