Hi, I have taken this TV on against my better judgement,
It was left in for repair at our local repair shop with the following history.
Tv powers on, s/by led flashes green & amber for approx 30secs then goes to a solid white.
You can stop the green/amber flashing earlier if you turn tv on with remote or side power button, this brings you straight to a solid white lit led,
Nothing appears on screen, no backlight lit or no image shows when shining torch at screen, there is some audio when I select menu, source etc on remote control, so I guess tv has powered on.
The chap said he replaced the main board (B), then carried out a USB update, this resulted in the TV now just remaining powerless with the s/by led blinking with 1 red light every 30secs, the optical audio socket is not lit on the main board as it was before.
He gave up on the TV and now I have it in front of me, I was able to get a working replacement main board & have fitted it, the results I now get is the exact same as we had before it went into the repair shop, still no backlight or no dark image.
Quick checks on voltages on power supply show all is well methinks, the voltage to the LED strips sits at 64volts on connection CN6801, I expect this should be much higher?
I have no service sheet for this so any helps would be much appreciated.
