    Is this tcon problem ...main problem...or lcd panel?????

      change the input to USB and play one jpg photo or movie

        It looks like main board issue. What is the history of the TV?
        What did you inspect so far? Re-seating cables? Tighten all the boards' mounting screws?

          Yea i did the basic reseting. Lvds cable and t con cables and check for any corrosion or something out of the ordinary.. I havent check to test voltages yet .

            At first didnt want to turn on just flashing led....but then it come on regurlarly but with lines on image
