When you force on the power supply, are you getting the PFC Boosted Voltage of around 380 ~ 400VDC as measured between the two legs of the main filter caps? The 12V/24VS and 24VD SMPS require that Boosted Voltage to work.

So when you force on the power supply board you only get 318VDC and the power relay is also clicking, correct? You need to check to see if the standby power supply output is also going up and down in sync with the relay clicking or not.
BTW, can you read the printing on the power relay RL101?

The voltage collapses when the relay starts clicking.

let start with disconect load on 12 24 V SMPS. solder out or take out complete the 6 of them with heat sink HS10

I've disassembled the HS10, and i checked them. This is the average value of all of them.

ok.. dont do the second short contact as the pdf.. only the first one.. never do now the second one... we need to focus to have the 12 and 24 v on socket 201 and keep all 6 diode out now

before that check the Fuse which goes to the transformer T104 and read the voltage of it when you just plug in. the - should be primary section chasis

C503, 504 are filter caps for running the STBY SMPS, C503, 507, and 513 are for running the relay, 12V/24VS SMPS, and 24VD SMPS so I would check them all at this point.
                              Q501 is the relay driver.

hi guys i'm new on this forum and i'm an italian engineer. i wanted to let you know i'm fixing the same defect and if you want i can tell you what i'm trying to fix on this pwb. I have already repaired the 24 volt 20 amp section of the panel power supply. I replaced the L5699ad controllers and the 2nd stage I solved it. now I miss the 12volt section and 24 volts at low current, because despite having replaced everything, I'm still with this section locked. how can I find out something? I'll let you know. ps this TV turned off while they were watching it, and not because of lightning or other problems. it is a recurrent fault but I have to find out the problem because, even if with 100 euro I could replace the pwb, I don't feel like putting it aside but I want to find the real problem, to then make you participate and help the other technicians without having to lose too much time behind to carry out the repair. sorry if I followed the discussion but being new, I still need to get acquainted with your group. I'm using google traslator to translate and I apologize if in some cases there will be misunderstandings. thanks

hello guys to today, unfortunately I'm stuck with the repair because I have not yet found the wiring diagram of the PSU. I even sent an email to LG but without any reply from them and I don't understand why the power supply wiring diagram is not in the pdf of the service manual. I kindly ask you if anyone in the group owns it and I can also pay for the EAY 63348801 service. Thank you very much! Now I am waiting for news because I am stuck and I have no intention of spending euros on a new PSU.

Is fuse F102 for the 12V SMPS power supply good?
                                      Are R174, C167 good?

Are you saying that the control Voltages are also correct? You need to post all the power supply Voltage readings AND the control Voltages. It sounds to me that the main board is not sending the control Voltage to turn on the rest of the power supplies.
