    Bush 50/211f slow turning on

I have picked up a Bush TV model 50/211f, turns on ok sometimes, other times it takes a while. I've had the power board out but all of the caps look ok. Caps are 'Chang' - a brand I've never heard of. The board is from 2011 so lasted over 8 years. Shall I grab a new board for £20/£25 off ebay, or can you see any bulging in these? Or, do you have any methods I could try to reveal the bad cap....

I don't have a capacitance meter but do have a few different testers around, so if worst comes to worst i can take them out of circuit tomorrow and test that way?

Thanks in advance for any advice here.

Heat from a hairdryer is sometimes a cheap way of testing your faulty cap theory. Warm areas up and see if it helps the turning on.
A cheap component tester is less than £10 and that will definitely identify your faulty caps out of circuit.
