Plasma power supply Va and Vs voltages won't adjust...?

Hello, I have a samsung PN51F8500AFXZA with a BN44-00619A power supply. Vs voltage is low at 190v and Va is low at 50v. Turning the adjustments pots has no effect on either voltages at all. Any ideas on the problem? Thanks
