I would appreciate knowing where I can find a data sheet or any information on a SMD component WyG4D or WG4D.

The transistor / regulator was installed on the main board in a RCA RLDED4633A-D television.

The one transistors in the red square is MMBT3904 (H1A) The burnt one is likely for VCC_Panel, it should be a fet, ME2325-G, some use WPM3407

R_J, do you have an address to where I can get the SMD conversion codes for components like the transistor H1A?

H1A = MMBT3904

Not really, search for "smd codes databook" there are a couple smd code books around, for the transistor search google for sot23-3 h1a
