As in any electronics troubleshooting, you need to at least do the visual inspection and Voltage testing first.

So you are saying the control signals (PS-ON, BL-ON, DIM) are all good?

          Re: Hisense ltdn40d36eu

Hello again. After measuring all tensions. I came to the conclusion that the error was software. And I got to repair the tv.
I explain how I did it and I leave photos and the bin file that I used.
I located the eeprom memory which is a winbond 25q64fvsig next to the crystal oscillator. I unfolded it and read the content. I saved it on the pc. And I erased the memory, writing the new bin file. I checked and everything was correct. I soldered the IC back to the main.
I turned on the tv, and it worked perfectly.
          Regards!

              Hi there,
I too have the same problem as you have and I also think it is the eeprom.
I ordered the CH341A to program the chip but it doesn't work for me. I have been following tutorials on youtube but still unable too.
My tv is a Brauhn but uses the same board as yours.
Just wondering how you did it?

It is better to replace the eeprom with a new one than just erasing it and reprogramming it.

                    TV Model: Hisense LTDN40D36T
                    Flash memory GD25Q64BVF

                    I had a similar problem.
Hisense logo stuck and then reboots.

Remove the flash memory, erase it and reprogrammed it with the bin file supplied by
                    Nawual. It worked perfectly.
                    Thanks Nawual for the firmware.

Thank you for the info and FW [?] file - fixed my TV, same model. In exchange to your courtesy I'd like to add some relevant info from my case.

The TV has different chip: A1423 / 25064SIG (cannot define the mfg).
I did use a programmer SuperPro 3000 by Xeltek with SOIC-8 adapter.
A type of the chip been selected as Winbond 25q64.
The chip was protected, so I'm forced to remove protection (S3000 SW allow to un/protect the chip), then erase and programed it.
Verification failed - ConfigFail; so I did restore its protection and then Verify passed OK.
TV up and running with new BIN content, but a language was set to Spanish
Changed it, no big deal, scanned RF, found all stations - all is good!

I did try to compare bin files, but found those have too many differences.
If someone know how to mount the bin, to read its content as folders/files, if it has some structure to do that, please tell here.
