  • Re: Philips 42PFL7108K/12 dead

Hi all. I managed to repair this tv. I want to thank everyone for your ideas and help and I will explain how I have found the fault in case it can help someone in the future.
When turning on the TV, the standby LED does nothing but I have all the tensions in the PSU, which are these:
    Pin:
    -9: 3.4v
    -11 and 12: 12vssb 12v
    -10: 3v3
    -13 and 14: VSN 12v
    -17 and 18: BLON AND BLIC 0V
    -19: Din1 0v
    -21 and 22: Val bo 12v
    -25 and 26: 12vssb 12v

After about three minutes, the standby LED...

Hello, I upload a better photo of the pins and the chassis number.
What I do not know which I have to join to have all the voltages and turn on the LEDs and thus check that the PSU is fine

    Hello again.
Well, something strange happened, I started to measure the voltages in the rectifier capacitors and I have 300v.
The strange thing is that I measure pin 10 STB again and now I do have 3v3.
All this with the PSU outside the TV.
Now I'm not sure which pin to jumper for the PSU to give me the rest of the voltages

I have this tv that is completely dead. Not even the power led.
The PSU is this model FSP140-4FS01.
I have measured the voltages and I have no voltage, not even on the standbye pin which is 10.
I have removed it from the TV and plugged it in alone and there is still no voltage on that pin but I have almost 300 in the primary capacitor.
My question is if this model of PSU when tested outside the TV, does not have the voltage on pin 10 of STB, or is it faulty?

  • Re: Philips 65PUS6121 dead

Well, I managed to solve the problem. I explain it in case it helps someone. In the service manual I found that this TV has three modes of service. Entering factory mode, the Panel ID option is changed to the corresponding panel that has the TV. This three digit code can be found in the same service manual. Once this value is entered, it turns off and on again and solves the problem. Greetings and thanks to all.

I have changed the main and the TV has turned on correctly. The problem is that I have put a recycled main of a smaller TV and now the double image appears. I have tried to solve it from the service menu but I do not understand this menu. Can someone who knows how to change it help me?

I have this TV that only shows me the red LED of the stanbye, when I press the remote control, the LED flashes and goes off completely. I have checked the PSU and I have all the tensions, both the standby and the VS, PON, etc.
What step should I follow now to continue checking?

Yes, I have cut the cable that comes from the main, and I have used the 3.5v of the standbye that I have in the PSU, but the voltages remain the same as before. I have noticed that I do not have any voltage in the diode bridge of the primary zone, nor in the electrolytic capacitors.
    Sorry for my bad english

I have been able to find the source scheme in the SM but I am not able to find what voltage to put in the ON / OFF. I am suspecting that the main does not send that voltage, it must be defective. But I'm not sure.

    Hello
We have in the workshop this tv that does not turn on. The stanbye either. The psu is 715G6887-P01-006-002M. When connected to the mains I can hear the relay and I have all the voltages in the psu except the ON / OFF. Obviously the main sends the 3.5v of PS ON.
I can't find the PSU scheme, but it would be interesting to inject voltage into the ON / OFF but I don't know how much.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for you help.
I check all that that you said me but nothing wrong. After i have changed the electrolytic capacitors of the secondary side and it works now!.
Although I think the peltier is not going well because it cool but not enough for the wine, it only reaches 18 degrees

This plate is from a wine store that does not power on. I checked the primary transistors and one of them was open. I switched the two and also the electrolytic capacitors but it does not work. The LEDs flash continuously and the primary transformer makes a lot of noise. Any idea?

    Strip on the screen

We have brought a customer a Samsung TV model UE46D6000TW that shows a strip at the top of the screen.
I have disassembled the screen and it has no side cof chip. I have cleaned the flex and T-com connectors but it's still the same.
    Any suggestions ?.
    Thanks!

  • Re: Condensate burst on board BN-00506A

Ok, so following the advice of RJ, I have measured the tensions in the TM801s, and I have 0v in the red dots that I painted in the photo. The two pins left in the TM801s give me 300v. The DM803 has been removed and it is fine(red circle), and the RM803 is also fine.
In ohms the TM801s is isolated the primary of the secondary and in the primary I get very low resistance between the pins, so I discard it.
