The board for LED TESTER was often seen, pretty common, Samsung 50"-55" tv BN44-00499A and the driver IC is LX27901 which control voltage after modified is within DC 2.6v-DC530v sufficient for general LED screen test used.
i did as You taught me then i found these useful materials to explain in simple words the BRAT is analog LED current control signal input pin within ranged from 0-VDD.
Direct PWM input dimming operation can be realized by inputting a suitable dimming pulse train to the DIM pin. The LX27901 supports analog LED current control utilizing the BRTA pin for setting the analog LED current.
the analog LED current BRAT Signal Inputs, C_R, BRTA ................-0.3V to VDD+0.3V
i utilized LED output voltage as LED tester output voltage from CNL802 DC 331v @289mA
