Hi,
I have a Tcon - V400H1-C03 and i need change QP3 - trasistor , is demanged. but i cant see value ..
I try find schematic ..but ..nothing..

Is it possible to send-me a picture or value ?

Try to replace with a P channel mosfet, Vds>=40v, Id=the maximum you find, sot23 pacakge, pinout with 2 pins bottom, single on top, from left: G-S-D

Thanks for yor information, but i see in a picture i think smd mark is "po" , is a transístor or Mosfet ?

it's much probably a mosfet used as a switch for the VGH tension, check also RP21,RP29,Rp30.. check also the vgh rail for short on the connection to the panel with tcon detached..
