Mitsubishi DLP WD-82737 stuck on Welcome Screen Repair Advice

My WD-82737 is hanging on the blue welcome screen. I did the firmware update and it worked for 2 weeks. I did firmware update a couple more times and got it to boot but the color was blotchy then it went back to hanging on startup screen. I have heard this indicates a bad power board and or main board. I could probably install it myself. If I can get the part.

Is there a way to diagnose this better? What would a tech charge for that repair approximately?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I found a power board on ebay and installed it................ still stuck on welcome screen. So I guess it is the main board. Is there another component which could be the culprit?

Can you make some straight shot, high resolution pictures of your main board?

Looking at the service manual and seeing the large bga chip IC5A01, That would be one of my suspects, bad bga connections. I guess there could also be a fault on the dmd board?
Try a system reset " press and hold the POWER button for 8 seconds"

Thanks to all who responded. I installed a used mainboard for less than a C-note and the TV is fixed
