    Thin Vertical Line

Hello. As you will see in the pictures my Vizio has a thin vertical line. Is it worth the effort to take the screen apart to try to fix this? Is it possible to fix or is the screen basically bad?

    Thanks

I agree. It is usually a bond from the flex cable to the LCD panel itself that has come loose. There is usually no way that an ordinary repairman can use to fix this.

Single pixel line is always a bad panel, unfortunately

Could try stripping it down to the tab bonds on that line, maybe a shim would make it go away, on the jvc tv I'm using right now as monitor, it would have thin vertical lines if the screws holding the frame weren't just the right tightness, too tight red one pixel lines too loose same, your tv may be different of course.
