I've seen that kind of damage before on other circuit boards. As long as there are no shorts, run some fine wire/s and give it a try. Most times it worked out that this was the only problem. For some unknown reason the Cu trace just gives way and burn. Perhaps a construction flaw where it was thinner not as thick as the rest of the traces on the board. I saw this many times in CRT TVs
There are 5 thin traces on that side of the board and they all have continuity to each other. I checked a known good board that I have and it has the same. I soldered in a splice and covered it with clear silicone. Both the dg302s were bad, not short but bad.I will have to wait till I get another tv to test my repair.
