hitachi 65l6 no power

I have hahitachi 65L6 that gets no power i have tested the 5v standby and no 5v. here is the pic of the board any help of where to start?? Thanks.

History of the TV?
What DC Voltage do you have between the two legs of the main lytics 450VDC filter caps?
Please provide closed up pictures around the connectors so we can read the pin name for each pin.

Here is the pics of the connectors and the 450vdc reads 157 . As for the history i have no idea my neighbor was throwing it out. Thanks.

So BOTH filter caps show around 157VDC?
I need good clear straight shot of the whole Bottom side of the board to be able to trace out the ciruit

Just check the 5v standby off the tv and it reads 1.00 then drops up and down to .94 and up 1.00 again.

If you run the power supply board by itslef without having it connected to other board, does the 5VSTBY show normal?
BTW, you did verify those rectifier diodes on the cold side are good, correct?

There are six big barrel body diodes on the cold side at the bottom right of the board close to the connector that goes to the main board:
You also need to check those two startup/running caps.

The 2 startup/running caps they just jump all over the place. Th 6 barrel starting from the top 1=31.7
2=31.7
3=0.0
4=0.0
5=0.9
6=0.9

What are those numbers represent?
You know how to test diodes, correct?

You know what I never switched the Multimeter .Thats what happens when it’s 1am and your seeking knowledge ..I will recheck them and will look up on how to check them just to make sure I’m doing it right. Thanks
