Thanks for you help! Got it working It was the IC chip .I sent the board off to get the chip replaced for $45 ,again thank you for showing me where to start.

OK my boss gave me this tv Furrion FEFS58E7A and the only thing i know about is that it sometimes it turns on but i have had no luck.The stand by light is on but does nothing when i press the power button or remote. I have checked the 2-12v and they read 11.60 and the 2- 5v=5.13 and the 5vstb =5.14 all when plugged in.Can y'all kindly point me of where to start? Thanks....

You know what I never switched the Multimeter .Thats what happens when it’s 1am and your seeking knowledge ..I will recheck them and will look up on how to check them just to make sure I’m doing it right. Thanks

The 2 startup/running caps they just jump all over the place. Th 6 barrel starting from the top 1=31.7
2=31.7
3=0.0
4=0.0
5=0.9
6=0.9

IF I run the board by itself it reads 1.00 then drops up and down to .94 and up 1.00 again.
Can you point me to the diodes you on the board please? Thanks.

Just check the 5v standby off the tv and it reads 1.00 then drops up and down to .94 and up 1.00 again.

Factory reset ..i pressed -- mute ,1,2,8, power and went into 'option byte' and there is where the factory reset option is.
