This is on Craigslist near me. Does it look like t-con issue or panel problem? Owner says it’s not all the time like that.

by grimacelordHi. I have a Phillips 55PFL5601/F7 here with some problems that I can't pin-point the cause of.
Some history on the TV, it was brought in to me after it suffered a power surge/lightning strike. by learnmoreHello Community,
Would welcome any help on getting a service manaula for the above model (Phillips 75PUS6754/12) TV or anything similar.
Picture intermittently works fine for a day or a minuite then goes off, but backlights appear to remain on.
I thinking troubleshooting TV or using a tape method on the panel but would like some guidance on tracing the signals accurately rather than a trail and error.
Thanks in advance,

by BloopetaPhillips 58PUS7805/12, was told it had sound no picture, sometimes picture would come back then go again?
From what I have seen myself, its just blank illuminated screen. Tried unplugging each ribbon cable from Tcon in turn.
When one is unplugged, I get half sceen, clear picture.
With other unplugged, get half screen but with thin horizontal lines
Any ideas? Or is it likely a bad panel?... -
by awyatt2Phillips 65pfl6502 I came across this set stuck on ble screen, no menu no sound all inputs dead. I'm thinking main board. The tcon wouldn't stop sound. Right or wrong.
