LED Driver only ever goes to 80v and stays at 80v

Never dealt with LED drivers etc....

Going to need some guidance....

I have a schematic for it.... I have tested what i think is BL_ON and reads 0v.... Though cannot be 100% sure it is BL_ON I am testing

To what I know the driver voltage should be at 115v then boost to 180v right?

Any way of forcing BL_ON?

The way to force BL_ON is to disconnect the plug going to the main board and using a 500Ω-1k resistor connect it between standby and BL_ON, you will likely also need a resistor between standby and PS_ON because the main board is disconnected
If you don't disconnect the main board you risk damaging it
The voltage to the backlights depends on the panel and how many leds and there configuration
