Component Identification Panasonic TC-P50S2 D482

Hi Folks,
I have a Panasonic TC-P50S2 that has several failures on the SC card. I bought the kit from ShopJimmy, but I still have D16482 that is showing shorts. Chip has RFUS20 on it, but it's not in any of the kits that I could find. From the marking on the Chip I can't tell if this is the 600 V or the 435V version. Anyone knows?

Judging by the fact that Q16451 (GT45G128) near the diode is rated 430V 200A, I would assume that the diode is also the 430V variant.
