Re: Samsung UN60H6203AF LED TV Screen Won't Turn On

Just an fyi for future readers. I never was able to figure out what the problem was. I had the correct voltages but never found out where the problem was for a possible ground issue. I ended up buying another used lower supply and got the tv going again. It has some horizontal line problems that i believe are common with samsung but not too noticeable from more than 10ft away. Thank you to all who have helped!

According to the LED drive Voltage chart, the Voltage is 326V.
So how many pair of wires are connected to the LED connector?
I just reattached the 4 good strips that were working before back to the tv and nothing doing. I was attempting to see if indeed the new led strips were faulty. Not sure if that tells us anything but i know these 4 strips were working prior to all of this.

Can i run 27vdc voltage through each string and test (9v batteries in series) or does it need to be the full vdc at the connector?

No tester but I went led by led and tested each one with my multimeter. Also, this is a new string, albeit an ebay purchase from china. They all light up brightly when i provide that path to ground. Also, i performed a continuity test to be sure there wasnt a short to ground issue either on the harness or on the strips. Does that suffice for testing them?

I read thru that post. At first we seemed to have a similar problem, but then his would turn on full bright after disconnecting the main. Mine will not. Any other ideas other that what bud has suggested i try?

Now that we have the part identified, do you know what voltages i should be reading there to test it?

Confirmed by younger eyes the number is 4077014x2620 (after i explained she was not looking at "plans for a golf course", but electrical traces instead).

Can you clean the top of the IC with Alcohol to see if you can read the prints?

Best i can tell it is 4077014k2620. The 0's could be 6 or 8 instead. And my eyes tell me that could be a k or a x, but i think what i have is correct. Consequently, the only magnifying glass i had fell onto the concrete right out of the lens as i was looking at the part.
