Sharp LC-40LE810UN Blinking Code 2 slow-5 fast

After turning on I can see image for a few seconds after that no image and a blinking code 2 slow 5 fast.
Only 7.3v from PL connector to T-Con (should be 12v), even with the PL cable disconnected from the T-Con.
I suspect a problem with the PS, I need some help, Thanks in advance.

You should post this in the TV thread.
More likely to be bad 4-PIN switched 12V LDO regulator IC Q790? (the black glue is covering the last digit, P/N KIA??????) under the black heatsink right next the 'DPS-126CP A'.
Can we get the good clear straight shot hi-res of the whole top and bottom side of this power supply 'DELTA DPS-126CP A'?

When the screen is working 13v, 0v, 7.23v, 2.69v.
After less than a minute fluctuating 14.1 to 14.30v, 0, 0, 0

It is bad, it is 12V LDO regulator and it is commonly failed IC.
You need to remove it to get the P/N as printed on the body, it should be KIA?????

Are you sure that is all printed on the body?
I.E. should be kia378r12pi

Hi friends
same problem encountered with lc 40le824 similar to 810un
symptoms tv pluged on 12v present for awhile then drops 0v/ 5v remains /n0 inverter votage only the v led blinks twice in cycle.
Action a solution from a friend consist to short cicuit pin 3 & 4 off phto coupler pc7703 to bypass blinking errors .
When done sharp and bottons light tv ok
