I have a Sharp LC-60EQ10U that does not turn on. Minutes after plugging it in. The power light blinks 3 slow and 1 fast. I have replaced the power board, and still the same issue. Anything I'm missing or do I need to replace the main board? I'm not too tech savvy, just looked like a pretty basic fix. Any help is appreciated.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUvclBfaMXg power supply testing, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH POWERSUPPLY, VOLTAGE ON PRIMARY/HOT SIDE CAN BE DEADLY, THE CAPACITORS CAN HOLD A VERY BIG CHARGE LONG AFTER TV HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED.

Re: Sharp LC-60EQ10U no display code 3-1
I went to test the board and I am having trouble determining which pin is what. As the pins dont seem to be in any specific order counting them (maybe I'm just overlooking something). I have located the PS ON pin, and it reads 5 volts. I am unable to figure out which pin to jump it too though. As the video lists it as 5VSB, and I do not have that pin. If someone could guide me on which pin to jumper it to, and how the pins are counted itd be much appreciated. I will attach pictures of the labeling. And which pin is the PS ON.

The exposed pins you can see from the top side of the board are the ODD number pins, the EVEN number pin (you can see where pin 1 is as marked on the board) you will have to access them from the bottom side of the board or from the back side of the connector using probe with skinny tips.Never stop learning

I have the same TV and the same issue too. I tested all the pins and was able to pin point 2 pins whose volts did not match with what was listed.
Pin 1 & 2 shows 12V on the board but when I tested it Pin 1 only gave me a little more 7V and Pin 2 was 0V.
So, does that mean the issue is with both Power and Main boards ?

The 7V PNL-12V output is more likely due to common fails switched 12V LDO regulator IC Q7120 (KIA378R12PI).

Is this regulator located on the power board ? If yes, installing a new power board will fix this issue ?
That should fix the PNL-12V power supply problem, but I do not what else is wrong with your TV beside the bad PNL-12V, you have to have good power supply first to know if there are other problems with other boards or not.

I would buy the part and then take the board to good local electronic repair shop and have them install the new part.Never stop learning

Got this model and the owner had tried a second power supply. Both generate a 3-1 error code. Measured the output of Q7120 and it is 12V on the output and not low on the one ps currently installed. TV doesn't turn on and no backlight. Backlights test good with LED tester.
