Looking for some advice on a TV I have. I can power up the TV and shut it down no problem. Audio and blacklight work just fine. But no video is displayed until it's warmed up completely. There will be partial picture displayed, but it's a "frozen" picture. And sometimes only partially complete with random horizontal lines. After about 5-10 minutes everything is fine with the TV. I've pulled the case off it, visual inspection doesn't show any failed parts. Just wondering what direction I should take? I was thinking t-com board. But I've read that you'll never have horizontal line issues from one?

Re: VIZIO VO370M needs to "warm up"
You've almost certainly got a tab bond issue on the panel. Very common on this model. You can do a search for LCD tab bond repair on youtube and watch some videos on possible fixes. I've had great success on this particular model with 'fixing' the problem by applying pressure to the offending tab with tape and/or a thermal pad. It does take some doing to get access to the tabs though. Complete disassembly of the panel frame.

Re: VIZIO VO370M needs to "warm up"
Pulled the panel down to see the ribbons. Didn't see anything wrong. Touching the tabs made no difference. Warmed up the ribbons and boards and the screen warmed up faster and starting working correctly. So it's likely the panel I guess. No point in spending more money on a 10 year old TV. So I'll just let it keep on limping along until it fails completely then replace it.
