    UN32EH4003F Blue Screen?

    Hello all,

First post here. I got a UN32EH4003F and verified backlights are working. The only other board that is replaceable is the mainboard and replaced it and no change. I am just getting a blue screen and cannot access the menu. It does play the boot up sound when turning on.

There is another board but it's connected to the screen without a way to disconnect it.

I tried the reset using the remote without any luck.

    Any thoughts?

    Much Thanks,
    Leo

Is the blue screen a bright blue or dim from backlights?
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

All backlights are on. Just a blue picture.

Can we see the screen shot of the screen so we can see exactly what you are seeing on the screen?

Does the picture change if you disconnect the ribbon cable to the panel?
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

Thanks all. I cracked the lcd while trying to put the plastic surround back. Hard to capture the blue as it's light. Unplugging the ribbon cable to the unservicable board to lcd has no affect on change.

Going to part it out as I broke the screen. I have a feeling it's that board (driver?) connected to the screen which is unconnectable.

You have backlights only. Probably bad t-con/main board. Power supply probably only good part.

This LCD panel uses integrated T-CON on this one.

Yeah, kinda sucks the way this model was set up. Oh well. I really do appreciate all the assistance this board has given.

It is also bad panel to have because the tab bonding boards are on the bottom edge of the screen so as the user sprays glass cleaner on the screen instead of spraying on the cleaning cloth, the liquid drips on to the tab boding board and cause corrosion ans shorts circuit.

Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                        Hi guys
I'm trying to fix this laptop screen

Basically the owner is a computer shop and they brought it to me with two screens. They said the repair shop they use could not fix it, so I thought i would try to see if I am better than their current repairer!

OK so I have the original screen which works but has lines across the bottom quarter of the screen

I have the replacement screen, which they fitted and it worked. They then put the laptop on one side for a couple of weeks until they found a buyer. When they showed it to the buyer, the screen would...

I have a Panasonic TX-48CX350B tv , it powers up ok but the screen is blank, the backlights are working, there’s nothing else though, no picture or sound. I’m not sure what the fault is called whether it’s BLANK/ BLACK/ or WHITE SCREEN I’ve actually came across this before on a similar tv but just ended up scrapping it, I will upload pictures of the boards etc , if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it...

KDL-60EX500. Comes on fine, sound is fine, backlights come on. Blank screen. Already tried reset POWER/VOL-. Anyone else have this problem? Possibly bad T-Con RUNTK4244ZZ or panel? Could main or power supply cause this? There were 2 blown 560u 35v on power going to backlights but they were still working fine. Thanks for your help.

                        Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
                        by gbbradshaw
                        Hi.
I have the Samsung TV Model: UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 which has developed the following issue: blue screen while the sound it's still working. This happened after the screen developed some horizontal lines at first and then the next day suddenly turned into blue background. the screen was not damaged or anything. I can't access the menu. I have taken the tv to a local tech to have a look and he said that he thinks that it might be the pcb board as the back-lights are working and the sound aswell . I was hoping maybe you can guide me if I should buy the pcb board or not? Thanks
