Replaced all parts in kit. Cut TV on got a flash, then shut down. Found Q621, Q622 shorted, also IC501 and IC684 burned. Is it time to throw it away or keep on. If keep on, I will need a diagram or part numbers for IC's. All parts in the kit check good. Kit came from ShopJimmy.com
