Toshiba 42UL863 blown fuse

Hi guys just got this tv was told it made a big bang and now no power

Found a blown cap with burn mark on the board and the lower left 5amp main fuse is blown
I can't find anything else shorted at the moment so would just this cap blow the main fuse ?

That is just a snubber cap connected in parallel with S and D pin of that MOSFET Q101, it is one of those commonly failed cap that shorted out when failed.
Can you still read the print on the body of that cap? It is usually 100~220pf 2KV cap.

I would go with higher Voltage, 2KV.

Only if you did not find any other component that are shorted out.
That MOSFET is for the PFC circuit, more likely that is all the problem you have.
