Samsung le32r86bd - Artifacts on the TV screen

    Hi all.
I have trouble with my old TV.
Here is a link with video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcurGmfC-9E

    Description of the error:
    Artifacts on the TV screen
Self-restart TV when it is on
After 2 minutes errors will disappear and TV play OK.

I tried replaced all electrolyth caps on power board: BN44-00155A,
And then I removed all bad glue, but no changes.

Parts RM801 and CM810 are OK.

Clean and re-seat cables going to and leaving the T-CON Bd . Re-seat all other connectors on Main Bd and PSU. Clean using iso-propyl alcohol.

I think there may be bad caps on the main board. Take the back off and heat up the main board with an hair dryer to like 40C. Turn the TV on. If it does turn on instantly, there are bad caps some where. Also check for caps underneath the shielding.

Same old story, common problem on mainboard Bordeaux plus. Change all 4 electrolityc caps 1000uf on mainboard, 2 outside 2 under the shield.

          Bingo!
I change only 2 electrolityc caps 1000uf on mainboard. Access to 2 electrolityc caps 1000uf under shield is complexity.
Shield is soldering from bottom side PCB on 8 points. I was lucky and the problem solved.
          Thanks all for solutions.

Don't sing victory, the caps under the shield must be changed, probably in the near future you will have to open it again. Need a powerful soldering iron minimum 40w, solder braid.

              Samsung UE55JU6800K half screen dark
              by Chrissygizmo
Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same...

              by Chrissygizmo
Hi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...

The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...

Samsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and then tv won't turn off.
No picture. No sound that I can tell. Backlights are on and have been checked. Flashlight test no image on screen. I replaced the Eprom chip hoping that was the problem but nothing changed.
              Please help. Thanks in advance!

Samsung LH82QENELGC/EN Help needed - Static line on screen
              by Kiberge
              HI guys!

I've got a Samsung LH82QENELGC/EN with a problem and need some advice and I hope this is the forum to use?
I'm from Norway so I'd like to apology in advance if my description of the fault is kind of simple or the names on the components are way off. 😊

the TV is powering up, working as normally and picture is all good, except a 1.5-inch-wide vertical line of snow/static across the screen.

This TV is a Signage Display/Public Display version and it's been used at my work for 4-5 years showing commercials 24/7. The fault occurred when...

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
              by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...
